Quality System Our Quality System is perfectly defined and represented by two departments: one is the Quality System with everything involving the maintenance of standards, procedures, calibrations, control units, audits, certificates, etc. and another focusing on the Control of Daily production. Production Control begins with the assurance of the quality of the raw material intervening in our production process, such as rolled wire, zinc, packaging, lubricants and phosphating. It then continues with an exhaustive control of the processby means of a control of the surface preparation baths, verifications of the measurement parameters for the machines and installations for thermal treatments, patenting, annealing and galvanisation. Measurements and evaluations typical of a self-control process are also carried out, such as diameter, appearance, surface, colour, sheen and conformation of the wires and the mandatory tests of the Quality Control department of the mechanical specifications of traction, bending, torsion, relaxation, fatigue and coatings (layers of phosphate, galvanisation).
